For City fans going to the Hull and Liverpool games over the festive season, the Trust would like to encourage you to take part in the Football Supporters Federation away fans survey. Here is the latest from Garreth Cummins from the FSF
“We periodically get in touch with fans to ask them to fill us in on what's going on at the away games they've been to. We're hoping this season to have an even bigger sample with which to work – please bookmark the survey and let us know your thoughts at www.fsf.org.uk/awayfans
With the busy holiday period of matches, if you're attending a game we'd really appreciate your feedback on any matches you're going to in the coming weeks (or any games that you've already been to this season) – please fill in the survey.
Thousands of fans filled us in on their experiences last season, and we're really grateful for your feedback – the results, if you didn't see them, made for interesting reading. A number of clubs have been in touch with us on the back of the survey, and some have already implemented improvements as a result of your suggestions and feedback.
You can complete the survey for as many games as you have been to throughout the season, and if you know another away fan who would be willing to give us their feedback on any of their away games then please direct them to this articlel.
