The Foxes Trust is encouraged by the number of fans who have posted on social media that they are planning to take their children to their first game this weekend.
However, we have received a few reports of difficulties in buying tickets for children for the first time online, so we would advise any fan in this situation to ring the ticket office to book tickets, with feedback given to the Trust that the phone transaction was a smooth process.
For fans not used to the usual match ticket prices, for the Birmingham game with Adults @ £23 and U16’s @ £7, the prices are cheaper than usual match day rates.
Currently the Cup game is the only known game going to General Sale with a 3pm kick off, so more suited to younger fans than night games.
As well as ordering tickets online or via the phone, the match day ticket office is open from 9am-5pm on Friday 26th for anything related to ticketing, buying tickets, forwarding tickets, buying memberships, or any other queries around ticketing,
On Saturday, the match day ticket office is open from 9am until half time for all the above, however, the phones are only open until 1pm on Saturday and then the focus will be to personal callers at the match day ticket office only.
For fans unfamiliar with the layout of the ground, the match day ticket office based at the corner of the West and North Stands, next to the doors to the Fanstore, please see the image below.
