As we build up to the top of the table clash, here are the views of a second Clarets Trust board member, with the views of John Kettley to follow in Part 3
A bit about you:
Name: Steve Corrigan
Current home town: Hebden Bridge
Birthplace: Colne
How long have you supported your team? Since the age of 12 when I was able to attend games
Overview of your club
Favourite thing about your home ground: Town centre location
Favourite match played by your team & why: 2009 Play-off final as it not only meant a place in the Premiership but also averted a financial crisis. We could have been PNE but for that
Favourite player of all time who played for your club: Billy Hamilton as unlikely a hero as your are going to see. Ungainly but highly effective
About our forthcoming match against you:
Your favourite current player in your squad and why? Danny Ings. Tipped him for big things at the start of the season and he has more than delivered
Player in your squad we should most fear and why? Ings along with Sam Vokes are a great partnership and difficult to stop if given the service so you should fear Keiran Trippier as he provides a great delivery
Player in our squad you most fear and why? Your squad is so big I don't know half the players but David Nugent, who was on loan at Burnley in the Premier League, invariably scores against us
Where do you think you'll finish this season? At least in the play-offs I hope and if key players avoid injury who knows?
How do you think you'll do against us? The only predictable thing about the Championship is the unpredictability so anything could happen and I'd take a draw now.
