Keep walking along here till you come to a set of lights and a multi story car park opposite and to the right (this is Widemarsh Street). Cross over and bear slightly right and cut up a walkway between the car park and Garrick House (council offices) where you come into a car park (if you head left you will find the Newmarket Pub) head right and walk out the car park. Turn left and you can't miss the ground, it's on your right.

Where to drink

Pubs
There is a club bar at the ground, called Legends, which is open before and after the game. The Oxford Arms on the edge of the main car park is a friendly pub with a beer garden and sky sports. Not too far from the ground (five minutes walk) is the Newmarket Tavern, which has a large screen and was quite comfortable, but there are mixed reports about it so use your discretion. To find it; with the Club Shop behind you, turn right and walk up to the end of the stand and out of the car park. Turn left at the end of the ground, and at the end of this road turn right, towards the town centre. As you get to the ring road, the pub is on your right.

If you arrive at the ground early, then by turning left instead and following the ring road to its end, you will come to the Victory Tavern. A selection of real ales and a bar, which resembles half an old sailing ship, complete with cannons! Also a short walk away on St Owens Street (going towards the town centre) is the Barrels pub, which serves amongst other Wye Valley ales. Like the Victory it is listed in the CAMRA Good Beer Guide.
