A bit about you:

Name: Mike Jackson

Current home town: Mold (North Wales)        Birthplace: Wrexham

How long have you supported your team? 19 Years

Overview of your club:

Favourite thing about your home ground: Can't think of anything specifically except to say that we are much more likely to win there than we are away from home.  Friday's night games at home are usually quite special in terms of atmosphere though.

Favourite match played by your team & why: The League Cup Final against your team was pretty special but my favourite game remains the semi-final second leg win against Bolton to reach Wembley in the first place.  We won 3-0 on the night and 4-0 on aggregate!

Favourite player of all time who played for your club: We've had a few good players in my lifetime including the great John Aldridge but my favourite is winger Johnny Morrissey.  He was a great player and with Pat Nevin on the other wing at the same time and Aldo upfront we were a pretty awesome attacking force in those days……

About our forthcoming match against you:

Your favourite current player in your squad and why?  Andy Taylor (left-back) is fast becoming my current Rovers favourite. He always gives 100% and looks a great signing back in January 08.

Player in your squad we should most fear and why? Ian Goodison is pretty good at the back and our new youngster from Liverpool Charlie Barnett looks set to be a hot prospect as well.

Player in our squad you most fear and why? You have Max Gradel who gave us a torrid time for Bournemouth when he was there last season.  We also usually have problems with Steve Howard as well.

Up and coming prospect in your squad? I've mentioned Charlie Barnett above so I will say our young striker Terry Gornell is our latest prospect.

Where do you think you’ll finish this season?  I'd like to think play-offs but I fear we will just miss out.  8th I'll go for.

How do you think you’ll do against us? I've gone for a 2-1 win to Leicester – until we sort our formation out away from home I think we are going to struggle.
