The ground is on the East side of Glasgow on the A74 (London Road).

From The South:
Leave the M74 at Junction 2A (signposted A74 Tollcross/Rutherglen). At the bottom of the slip road at the roundabout turn right towards Tollcross A74. You will then reach a set of traffic lights (with a McDonalds on the right hand side) where you bear left onto the A74 towards Glasgow City Centre. After just under two miles you will reach Celtic Park on your right hand side.

From The North and East:
Leave the M8 at Junction 8 and follow the M73 South towards Carlisle. At the end of the M73 join the M74 northbound towards Glasgow. Leave the M74 at Junction 2A then from as South above.

There is plenty of street parking to be had, especially in the side streets off the London Road going down towards the A74. Parking is available at the front of the stadium when entering from Janefield Street and following the stadium around in an anti-clockwise direction.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

Buses from Glasgow City Centre

From Glasgow City Centre, the Nos. 61, 62, 64, 255 and 240 buses go to Tollcross Road and you would get off at the Parkhead Forge Shopping Centre and walk down to Celtic Park. The No 43 bus goes along London Road past the ground.

Trains from Queen Street Station

Trains from Queen Street to Bellgrove take you to within 20 minutes walk of the ground.

Trains from Glasgow City Centre

Trains from Glasgow Central or Argyle Street to Dalmarnock and Bridgeton take you to within 5 minutes walk of the ground.

By train journey to Glasgow takes approx 5 hours , off peak return £135

But you will not get back until sunday
 

Where to drink

Pubs near the ground are very partisan so best to drink in the town centre, but fans wearing colours may not be admitted.
