Message Boards Send Signal to Club

The Foxes Trust has been monitoring any developments on the initiative from the club which gives the fans the choice of what will feature on the front of the 2009/10 shirt.

Over the last 24 hours, two City fans message boards have launched their own polls enabling registered users (and therefore clearly known City fans) to vote for their choice of shirt.

While the official club site does not display the current voting situation, both message board polls show an overwhelming majority in favour of the plain kit.

The Foxes Trust has forwarded to the club the current status of both polls and a link to each poll, so they can easily view the current results.

If you are a member of either message board (and we are aware that some fans are members of both, so there will be an element of double counting), you can register your votes via these links, the owners of each message board are closely monitoring any new user registrations.

The official poll remains open via this link –  http://www.lcfc.com/page/LatestNews/0,,10274~1525038,00.html

In the absence of the clear understanding as to how the club will eliminate votes from other clubs fans, the Trust has asked the club to utilise the data from both fans message boards.
