The Foxes Trust has been made aware this morning of more problems with the digital tickets for this weekend. Automatic downloads of season tickets have not happened for some iPhone users. This appears to be due to the latest updates from Apple again.
We urge ticket holders, season and match day, to check their wallets before they go to the games this weekend to see if their ticket is there, and to check their expired passes if not.
If you cannot see your ticket, we would suggest you call the ticket office on 0344 815 5000 (Option 1) and ask them to re-send you the link through. Have your supporter number to hand. We would also suggest you save the link in case it happens again. If, when trying to add the ticket back to the wallet it doesn’t appear, again check your expired passes as it can go in there instead.
The Trust has previously raised concerns about the impact of Apple updates on digital ticket holders and is concerned that it is a continuing problem. In addition, if the club knew there was an issue again this week, the Trust would have expected the club to have sent communications to ticket holders in advance of the games.
