David Conn, who the main body of Trusts, Supporters Direct, regard as one of the most respected sports investigation journalists in the business has today written a column about the current Takeover of our club
In the todays Guardian article Conn reveals that the club appears to have failed to follow the recently introduced guidelines that clubs must give "pre-notification" to the League of incoming owners and directors, so the Fit & Proper persons test can be completed.
It also states that currently the League cannot ratify the takeover until all necessary information has been received and proves satisfactory.
The Foxes Trust is seeking a meeting with Aiyawatt Raksriaksorn to clarify the situation and get a full understanding of the Consortium members and it’s plans for the club
