Paula Aldred, Company Secretary of The Foxes Trust, announced the Board Election results at the Trust’s AGM on Monday 23rd February 2009.
Both Ian Bason (Chairman) and John Adcock (Community) were re-elected having served their previous full 3 year term. Ian Guyler (Business Liasion) also remains on the board.
The Trust Board would like to welcome new elected board member Dave Statham, having recently volunteered to take on the role of Membership after the board specifically appealed to members for someone to replace Lesley Hull, who stood down having held the Membership role since the Trust was formed.
At the AGM, Ian Bason formally thanked both Lesley and Olwen Simons who had worked alongside Lesley in keeping membership records updated for the last 5 years.
