Nominations for election to the Foxes Trust Board are now open to members.

Candidates must complete the official Nomination Form and return it to the Independent Election Manager (IEM) by 5pm on 8 December.
Each year, up to one-third of the Board members retire by rotation (Board members normally serve a three-year term of office). This year, there are four positions available as three currently elected Board members, Ian Bason, Matt Davis and Sarah Hubbard, will either stand down or apply for re-election, and there is one vacant position.
The Election Period commences as of this notification, 24 November 2025, and runs up until the AGM, which is currently scheduled for the 26 January 2026. During the Election Period, Foxes Trust will be closed to applications for new membership. All members and any potential candidates are subject to the Election Policy:

Should the number of nominations exceed the number of positions available, a ballot of the membership is planned to take place from the 15 December 2025. Details will be announced once the nominations close.

Members wishing to submit a Resolution for the AGM under Rule 26 of the Society Rules, must submit this in writing to the Trust Company Secretary by noon on Monday 15 December 2025.
